Damages and Quality Issues (Refund Eligibility)
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Refund requests are only accepted for products with serious manufacturing defects that are confirmed to have existed at the time of delivery, not caused by human damage or misuse.
To be eligible for a refund:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

You must provide a continuous unboxing video clearly showing that the product was defective upon arrival

The issue must be verified by our team
If approved, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
Refunds will not be processed to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for blind box products.
If store credit is issued following a confirmed defect, it may be used toward a new purchase within the validity period.
